Lead Mechanical and CRS FIE system calibration across platforms.
Drive combustion development and optimize engine performance.
Execute engine calibration to meet performance and emission targets for TREM IIIAA, TREM-4 and TREM-5
Conduct vehicle calibration to meet drivability and noise targets.
Formulate and execute Design of Experiments (DoE) for calibration optimization.
Emission & Certification:
Select and validate engine emission hardware including FIE and EATS systems.
Ensure compliance with DSM, NCD, PCD requirements forTREM 3A, TREM 3AA and TREM-4 norms.
Coordinate with emission regulation nodal agencies to ensure legal compliance and certification.
Tools & Data Analysis:
Utilize advanced tools such as ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto,
CAMEO for calibration and data evaluation.
Benchmark competitor systems and integrate learnings into development.
Project Execution & Coordination:
Oversee engine build quality and timelines across project stages.
Coordinate with manufacturing plant teams for build execution.
Liaise with component development teams to ensure timely part availability.
Collaborate with testing teams for calibration and functional test execution.
Lead troubleshooting of vehicle issues from field/customer feedback.
