Job Description - IT Executive

Position: IT Executive

Company: DECG Group

Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

Experience:3 Years

Industry Preference:Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
Handle user account creation, access management, and password resets.
Maintain data backup, antivirus protection, and system security.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.




Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Minimum 2.5 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer.
Experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support tasks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
