Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Understand the job requirements and create transparent, attractive job descriptions and postings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
Understanding of current market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
