Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Revenue
Develop business strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Implement targeted initiatives to grow revenue and market share.
Identify highly profitable prospects by analyzing business value drivers.
Collate and analyze business data to optimize overall sales performance.
Lead Generation & Project Sales
Connect directly with top builders and contractors for project sales.
Generate high-quality B2B leads through proactive industry networking.
Manage and nurture key accounts to improve corporate turnover.
Client Relationship Management
Understand requirements of both new and existing customers deeply.
Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure high-level service delivery.
Secure positive word-of-mouth referrals through excellent customer care.
Reporting & Operations
Send detailed daily and monthly sales reports to leadership.
Inform the Business Head regarding competitor activities and market legislation.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales and negotiation.
Degree in BBA, Management Studies, Engineering, or a relevant Diploma.
Deep knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate, building, or construction market.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
