We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM - Gujarat) to spearhead B2B sales and business development for our Industrial Safety & PPE products across Gujarat. The role requires deep expertise in industrial, EPC, and project-based sales, combined with robust leadership in dealer/channel partner management and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Gujarat.
Channel Partner Management: Build, onboard, and strengthen dealer/channel partner networks to maximize distribution efficiency.
Key Account Oversight: Manage industrial, EPC, and project-based clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and timely payment collections.
Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
Product Promotion: Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase PPE solutions.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, analyze customer feedback, and provide actionable insights.




Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
