Responsibilities also include working alongside development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, designing of systems, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.

Your solutions will impact our customers directly This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success. High Impact production issues often require coordination between multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups, so you get to experience a breadth of impact with various groups.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of non-internship skilled software development experience
2+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience




Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
Experience programming with at least one contemporary language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
Experience working in a high pace DevOps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of recent and existing systems
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
Experience in Evaluating, integrating, and champion AI/ML tooling to drive engineering productivity and operational efficiency
