Role Overview

Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical sessions in haircutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum
Mentor students, address queries, and prepare them for certifications and careers in the beauty industry
Conduct internal assessments and ensure students are industry-ready
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and professional training standards
Stay updated with global hair trends, techniques, and products to enrich student learning





Requirements:
Mandatory: Prior experience as a trainer/educator in Hairdressing/Trichology
Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Trichology (required)
Minimum 1+ year of training experience in Hairdressing/Styling
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students
