The role

We're hiring a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to be the face of Aura. the person members and prospects interact with from their first walk-in to their long-term journey with us. This is a combined role: equal parts relationship-building and active sales. If you love sports, enjoy people, and want to grow in a quick-moving fitness business, this is for you.

What you'll do
Convert walk-ins, calls, and inquiries into memberships and program sign-ups
Build long-term relationships with members onboarding, check-ins, retention
Handle member queries, feedback, and resolutions with care and ownership
Drive sales targets across memberships, programs, events, and bookings
Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and report on sales pipeline
Coordinate with coaching and operations teams to deliver a outstanding member experience





What we're looking for
Solid communication skills in English and Kannada / Hindi
A people-first attitude warmth, patience, and genuine interest in members
Drive to hit and exceed sales targets
Comfort with CRM tools, basic Excel, and digital communication
Interest in sports, fitness, or wellness is a big plus
Freshers welcome attitude and energy matter more than years on a CV

Details
On-site at Aura Sports Arena, KR Puram, Bangalore
6-day week with a weekday off (weekends are our busiest days)
Growth path into senior CR, sales lead, or center management roles

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
