Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Identify and approach potential clients to secure recent business.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales Growth and Revenue Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies.
Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to forecasting.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:




Prepare compelling business proposals in response to client needs.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through research and cold calling.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for business development managers.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance.

Requirements:
2 to 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
