We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing new business opportunities, acquiring key accounts, building and leading a sales team, and creating scalable sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess a robust professional network, an active prospect list, and proven experience in B2B sales and team building within a startup or growth-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop recent business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Account Acquisition: Establish and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
Sales Process Creation: Develop and implement scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Network Utilization:



Leverage existing professional networks and prospect databases to generate leads and foster relationships.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic sales plans.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients to maximize business potential.
Reporting: Utilize Zoho CRM tools for sales reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications Required
Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.
Team Building: Proven experience in building and managing sales teams.
Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
Networking: Strong network and existing prospect database within target industries.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
