Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain proper records of calls and update customer data in the system
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers/prospects
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers with positive communication skills can also apply)




Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi]
Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Skills Preferred:
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills
Prior exposure to CRM tools or call center software (added advantage)
Target-oriented mindset

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Working Hours:, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
