Coordinate with various departments of the principal company (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Technical, etc.) for smooth procurement.
Prepare, review, and process purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Handle large BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
Monitor stock movement, slow-moving inventory, and reorder levels.
Follow up continuously with suppliers for order confirmations, dispatches, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure material availability as per customer commitments.
Resolve supply issues and expedite urgent requirements.
Maintain accurate purchase records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
Support management with procurement planning and cost optimization.
