Job Description

This role is responsible for driving services revenue through effective lead management, digital sales, and customer engagement across the installed base. The incumbent ensure strong conversion of inbound leads into business opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end lead management across multiple channels
Lead and coach a team to achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Engage customers through digital platforms and strengthen relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless chance closure
Ensure CRM discipline and high-quality installed base data
Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics (MBA preferred)
2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills
