Position: Stone Crusher Plant Manager
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the stone crushing, mining, aggregates industry
Location: As per project requirement

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day crusher plant operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure optimum plant performance, equipment utilization, and product quality.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Lead and manage supervisors, operators, mechanics, and unskilled manpower.
Liaise with government authorities, contractors, vendors, and customers.
Monitor safety, statutory compliance, and operational discipline.
Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

Required Skills:
Solid technical knowledge of stone crushing plants and equipment.
Production planning and operational management.
Leadership and people management.
Stakeholder and liaison management.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
