Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare regulations.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Nursing Registration/Licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, Prometric,
dataflow needed only after selection.
Min 1.5 years Experience as clinical nurse after registration.
