About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual online sales targets.
Manage and optimize the e-commerce website.
Monitor website performance, product listings, pricing and promotions.
Ensure timely product uploads, content updates, and website maintenance.
Drive online sales growth through campaigns.
Monitor website performance and conversion rates.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
Manage SEO and social media activities.
Generate quality leads and increase online brand visibility.
Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data.
Lead and coordinate with internal and external marketing teams/agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools.
Solid understanding of website management and conversion optimization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
