Team Leader - Sales & Collection

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Sales Executives for achieving monthly business targets.
Generate vehicle finance business through dealers, direct marketing, and field activities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure quality customer acquisition and proper documentation.




Monitor disbursement pipeline and coordinate with internal departments for timely processing.

Collection Responsibilities
Lead collection activities to achieve collection efficiency and portfolio quality targets.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of installments.
Plan and execute collection strategies for delinquent accounts.
Conduct field visits for high-risk and overdue cases.
Coordinate with customers, guarantors, dealers, and recovery agencies for collections.
Support legal and repossession activities wherever required.

Team Management
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales and collection team.
Allocate targets and monitor individual performance.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
Provide training and coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance repor
