Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US accounting operations for multiple clients.
Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Manage international accounting operations, including real estate accounting and financial reporting where applicable.
Prepare and review US tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax regulations.
Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
Analyze financial data and generate reports to support business decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and support junior accounting team members by providing technical guidance and reviewing their work.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and ensure timely service delivery.
Stay updated with changes in US accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.




Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end US Accounting.
Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
Good understanding of US taxation and tax return preparation is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with international clients.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
