Job Overview

The Project Execution Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from the initial planning stages through to successful commissioning and handover. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, robust site management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project execution schedules, track progress against key milestones, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
Site & Construction Management: Oversee day-to-day site execution activities,



ensuring work aligns strictly with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of site works.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning teams to resolve technical queries (RFIs) and ensure seamless project flow.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) guidelines in office. Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality meets company and client standards.
Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, billing updates, and variance analyses for senior management and clients.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
