Role - Supply Chain Manager

Business Development and Back Office Sales

Location -Charkop,Kandivali West

Shift Time -1.30 pm to 6 pm in office and 8.30 to 2 am Work from home.

From 20000 to 25000 per month
BE Mechanical Graduate/Post Graduate [+ MBA or any Masters will be an advantage]
Experience with mechanical component especially with highly positive knowledge in brass fittings.
Should be able to read drawing.
Should have explicit and effective coordination-communication / follow up with Purchase, Production, Quality, Packing and other department.
Provide Planning, production priority to respective department to avoid bottleneck issues.
Daily monitoring of the assigned orders.
Creating PO/PI/Sale forecast / MRP in respective software eg. ERP,etc.
Make trackers for resceptive projects assigned.
Cordinate with Plant head / design-production-packing team etc., for recent development part taking the senior person into consideration.
Manage to handle given project and deliver material on time to customer.




Reply to customer’s query and requirement within 24 Hours.
Continuous follow up with Logistic team to ensure that material reaches safely to customer’s hand.
Share PI / Packing list / Invoice / packing details or any other requirement that customer needs.
Attend meetings with customer’s on google meet.
Take customer’s approval for freight for further shipment, once Packing list received from packing department.
Give necessary details to shipping/logistic team as and when require.
Deviation from targets (Production quantity and Quality) Report the same, analyse causes, identify corrective and preventive actions, Implement after approvals from the reporting manager.
Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive.
Complete the tasks assigned by the Top Management whenever required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
