Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage workflows to ensure processes align with organizational goals and timelines, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to optimize productivity.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects and processes, acting as a liaison between departments.
Analyze and document processes using flowcharts, diagrams, or other tools to identify areas for improvement and maintain process manuals and guidelines.
Implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to staff on current processes, tools, or technologies introduced to the workflow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
