Scope
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Blue Yonder's next-generation cloud-native Supply Chain Data Platform. The role involves architecting scalable, secure, and highly available microservices, collaborating with global product and engineering teams, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on development expertise with architecture, mentoring, and operational excellence.

Our Current Technical Setting
Software: Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Git, Hibernate, REST APIs, OAuth, GraphQL, Snowflake, Scala, Spark, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RDBMS
Application Architecture: Cloud-native, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices architecture with high scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and high availability
Cloud Architecture: Microsoft Azure (AKS, ARM Templates, Azure AD, Application Gateway, Virtual Networks), Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD

What You'll Do
Lead the architecture, design, and development of Blue Yonder's next-generation Supply Chain Data Platform using cloud-native microservices and event-driven architecture.
Collaborate with Product Management, Qualified Services, and global engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
Drive engineering excellence through clean code, architecture reviews, performance optimization, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, automation, and operational best practices.
Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, lead technical discussions, resolve production challenges through root cause analysis, and continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
Participate in the engineering on-call rotation, providing backend support
