Where You'll Come In:
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, learning current technologies, and working across different projects. While each engagement may use a different technology stack, we're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who can quickly adapt and contribute.
What you'll do
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code




Participate in architecture discussions and technical design
Review code and mentor other engineers
Work across multiple technology stacks depending on client needs

Experience with two or more of the following technologies:
Backend
Kotlin or Java
PHP
Python (FastAPI preferred)

Frontend
React
Next.js
TypeScript

Data & Messaging
Apache Kafka
Event-driven architecture
Data pipeline development

Cloud & DevOps (Nice to Have)
Docker
Kubernetes
Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong object-oriented programming skills
Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and work with current technologi
