V Green Media is a Hyderabad-based full-service advertising and branding agency established in 2007. We work across print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home advertising, and have delivered 800+ projects for 500+ clients with the support of a 100+ associate network. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business, pitch our advertising and branding services to prospective clients, and manage key accounts once they are onboarded. This is a client-facing sales and client servicing role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, and comfortable owning targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, field sales, and networking across Hyderabad
Drive client acquisition by pitching V Green Media's advertising, branding, and media services to prospective clients




Understand client requirements and propose the right mix of print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home solutions
Handle the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closure
Manage and grow key accounts through regular client servicing and client relationship management
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal creative and operations teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client interactions

Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, media sales, or client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency, media, or branding setting
Solid communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions
Confident presenting ideas and coordinating with internal teams
