Job Title : Upwork/ Linkedin Specialist (Work From Home)
Salary Range : 35000-50000 (per month)
Job Type : Full - Time

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other freelance or business networking platforms.
Create and manage effective proposals, outreach messages, and business pitches to attract and convert potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and emerging market trends.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects while ensuring high-quality client engagement and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Project Coordination to align strategies for client acquisition.
Track and report key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development,



or Sales within the Digital Marketing or IT industry.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook outreach, and similar lead generation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
