As an SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP IBP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our client's supply chain planning processes, ensuring efficient response and supply planning strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and system configuration to optimize the SAP IBP setting.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring thorough testing of the SAP IBP solution to identify and resolve issues.
Provide functional support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the SAP IBP system.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP solutions.
Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting defined milestones and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning, with a robust understanding of SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
Proven track record in leading successful SAP IBP implementation projects, demonstrating solid project management and leadership skills.
