Run a valuable design process - frame problem statements, conduct primary and secondary research (including user research), iterate and validate diverse approaches to a solution, review with relevant stakeholders, run design sprints and finally monitor the execution to evolve the solution
Develop wireframes, detailed mockups and prototypes and provide them to developers to work.

Bachelors / Masters in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Ideal candidate has:
Solid portfolio of design projects around user-centered design (Portfolio must be provided in the CV or separately)
Prior experience in User Research, User Interface Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture
Experience working on Mobile user experience
Hands-on experience with Sketch (UI design), Zeplin (red-lining and front-end execution), Marvel& Invision (prototyping) OR similar softwares
The understanding of how design impacts development (and vice-versa) and creates interactions and designs which are easy to implement technically
