ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The role will oversee and execute day-to-day administrative operations related to all types of sales event activities at Herbalife. Key responsibilities include coordinating events-related documents, maintaining records, supporting the customer service team, supporting event execution ( day event, residential conference/ retreat etc.) that include travel to support and execute events for South Zone (AP/TL/KA/TN/KL). Additionally managing communication with distributors, office administration, third party vendor management. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Regional headquarters and requires robust organizational and communication skills to effectively support the sales events process and ensure smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Plan and execute regional sales events
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, travel, accommodation, materials, and scheduling
Travel as required to support on-ground execution of events
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards
Support promotion and communication of events to distributors
Manage event-related documentation including approvals, PR/POs, and record-keeping
Maintain accurate records of events, participation, and outcomes
Assist in preparing reports to track effectiveness
Provide administrative support to the regional sales team
