ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The role will oversee and execute day-to-day administrative operations related to all types of sales event activities at Herbalife. Key responsibilities include coordinating events-related documents, maintaining records, supporting the customer service team, supporting event execution ( day event, residential conference/ retreat etc.) that include travel to support and execute events. Additionally managing communication with distributors, office administration, third party vendor management. This is a full-time, in office role located in Regional headquarters and requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the sales events process and ensure smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Plan and execute regional sales events
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, travel, accommodation, materials, and scheduling
Travel as required to support on-ground execution of events
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards
Support promotion and communication of events to distributors
Manage event-related documentation including approvals, PR/POs, and record-keeping
Maintain accurate records of events, participation, and outcomes
Assist in preparing reports to track effectiveness
Provide administrative support to the regional sales team
Coordinate communication between internal teams (sales, customer service, operations)
Manage third-party vend
