Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in finance and accounting, with specific knowledge and experience in ConnectWise, Xero, and Australian GST rules. This role requires a detail-oriented skilled who can manage complex business finances, including P&L;, budget forecasting, and cash flow statements.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Manage and maintain financial records using ConnectWise and Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian GST rules.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and prospects for improvement.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets. Provide administrative support for financial operations as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficient in ConnectWise and Xero software.
