NLB is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong exposure to the US staffing market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and solid exposure to the US staffing market.

Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for US-based clients
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and client deadlines

Qualifications
6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)




Experience working with US clients and vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift)
Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies
