Walk-In Interview

We are conducting a Walk-In Interview for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels.
Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Conducting initial HR screening calls.
Interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
Offer coordination and joining formalities.
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handling end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.





Candidate Requirements
6 Months – 1 Year of Non-IT Recruitment experience.
Female candidates preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media sourcing.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

Resume Screening → HR Interview → Face-to-Face Interview → Final Discussion → Selection & Joining
