Must-Have:
Robust hands‑on experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Oracle Linux).
OS build, configuration, and troubleshooting at L3 level.
Shell scripting expertise.
Experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory).
Patch management, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Experience working in production / BFSI / enterprise environments.
Valuable to have:
Exposure to VMware environments and automated provisioning.
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure – Linux build perspective).
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
Exposure to vulnerability management and compliance audits.
