Cash Flow Management: Supervise day-to-day accounting, payables, and receivables. Ensure the business has ample liquidity to operate and invest. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure financial reporting meets statutory requirements, tax laws, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). [1, 2]
Risk Management: Analyze market trends, review cost-reduction prospects, and mitigate financial risks. [1, 2]
Team Leadership: Supervise financial analysts and accounting staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and departmental goals.
