Job Summary

KVR Maruti is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Receptionist to be the face of our showroom. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle the front desk and manage customer reception.
Record customer enquiries and maintain accurate visitor details.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Coordinate customer appointments and test drives.
Ensure the reception area and showroom are clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist customers by directing them to the concerned departments.
Support showroom administration and other front office activities.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Fluency in Malayalam and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.
