Qualifications
Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
B.Ed. or equivalent from an NCTE-recognized institution (mandatory).
CTET Paper-II qualification; proficiency in Hindi/English medium and computer applications desirable.
Key Duties
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE syllabus/NCERT guidelines, covering literature, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Prepare students for CBSE board exams via mock tests, practice, and feedback; assess progress and maintain records.
Foster critical thinking, manage classrooms, lead co-curricular activities like debates/elocution, and collaborate with staff/parents.
