Qulaification:Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2C Sales experience in FMCG / Electrical / Hardware industry
Salary : Upto 10 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Must have experience of having dealt with DISTRIBUTORS
They must have area knowledge in the territory
Should have experience in FMCD – GT Sales, distribution management, people management
Ensure adherence to PJP for market visit and defined system apps for order capturing.
Identification of current distributor in towns in case of coverage gap.
Driving recent product launches in the market. Stock management at distributor level.
Drive all schemes effectively in the market.
