The role ensures smooth storage and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. Main Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity & quality.
Supervise loading and unloading of goods.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and dispatch documents.
Monitor storage of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
Check stock availability and avoid shortages.
Ensure proper labeling and storage practices.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Handle inventory audits and stock verification.
Monitor material movement and daily stock updates.
Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
