Medical Treatments: Administer IV fluids, medications, and specialized feedings. Operate critical medical equipment like incubators and ventilators. [1, 2, 3]
Family Support: Educate parents on infant care, feeding, and medical conditions. Provide emotional support during a highly stressful time. [1, 2, 3]
Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and dietitians, to adjust daily care plans. [1, 2]
Documentation: Maintain highly accurate patient records. [1]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
