Job Descritpion of Oracle DBA Admin

6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Oracle 19c in production RAC (ASM) environments.
Perform Exadata migration and manage Exadata compute/cell node architecture.
Handle database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Utilize Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, and Data Pump for backup, recovery, and replication tasks.
Administer and maintain ASM storage environments.
Ensure database availability and provide 24x7 support.
Create and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries and work closely with the application team.
Design and implement reliable backup and recovery strategies.
Perform performance testing, identify bottlenecks, deadlocks, and resolve critical issues.
Document database policies, procedures, and standards.




Support developers and collaborate across teams to ensure DB reliability and optimization.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 11gR2/19c in RAC (ASM) environments.
Proficiency in Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump.
Experience with Linux OS for Oracle database administration.
Solid understanding of Exadata architecture.
Solid SQL/PLSQL skills.
Valuable knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
