We are looking for a senior architect who is capable of handling residential and commercial projects
Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
Develop creative, functional, and code-compliant design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
Mentor junior architects and oversee design quality.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
Architectural : 5 years (Required)

Language:
Malayalam and English (Required)
