KiddiCove by Deep Connection is a hybrid therapy centre providing online and offline therapies for neuro-divergent children. We are hiring for a therapist with experience of having worked with neuro-divergent children.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver therapies special education sessions online & offline
Prepare IEPs, conduct learning and cognitive abilities related assessments
Prepare worksheets and engage with children
Contribute to the design and execution of special education projects focused on developmental psychology.
Create concise reports, summaries, and therapy plans
Adhere strictly to ethical standards and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.
Join and actively participate in relevant workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences.
Engage in regular check-ins, supervision, and feedback sessions with assigned mentors.
Show initiative by deepening knowledge and actively sharing ideas during team discussions.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Master’s degree in Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling or B.Ed. Special Education.
Excellent spoken communication skills with the ability to engage in structured debate.
Previous experience working with children will be considered an added advantage.
