Responsible for driving life insurance sales, achieving targets, and managing customer acquisition through direct sales, agency, or bancassurance channels.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales & premium targets
Sell life insurance products (term, ULIP, endowment, pension)
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Manage and support sales agents/team (if applicable)
Maintain solid customer relationships for renewals & cross-sell
Ensure proper documentation and IRDAI compliance
Track and report daily sales performance
KPIs
Monthly premium booked
Number of policies sold
Conversion ratio
Persistency (renewals)
Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred)
1–5 years sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Solid communication & persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
