Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather industry insights.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Connect with clients and customers over calls to conduct research, collect feedback, and validate market information.
Design and execute surveys and questionnaires.
Collect, interpret, and present qualitative and quantitative data.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable business insights.
Support Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams with data-driven recommendations.
Maintain market intelligence databases and monitor industry developments.
