Duties & Responsibilities:
Acquiring recent clients and managing and retaining such relationships by delivering best standard of services
Activating dormant clients
Making outbound calls & Calling leads generated through Digital Marketing
Contacting existing clients and pitch current investment opportunities to them
Understanding the problems and challenges of clients and identifying clients resolution process
Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
Achieving Targets as assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly basis
Qualifications:
Undergraduate in any field
Experience in stock broking company or mutual fund
Valuable telecalling skills
Must be able to convince customers to convert leads to sales
Excellent Communication Skills in Gujarat & Hindi. English will be an advantage
A confident and determined approach.
