Job Summary

Nexgen Footwear Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the accounts team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle Tally and BUSY accounting software for regular accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Prepare reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
Handle data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel.




Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and account-related queries.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills
Tally – Mandatory
BUSY – Mandatory
Advanced Excel – Mandatory
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage accounting records independently.

Eligibility
Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, BUSY, and Advanced Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
