Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Western Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in various styles of Western dance, including but not limited to jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, salsa, and freestyle. You will be responsible for teaching students of varying ages and skill levels, preparing choreography, and fostering a positive and energetic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and well-structured Western dance classes.
Teach a variety of Western dance styles based on curriculum and student interests.
Create choreography for performances, showcases, or competitions.
Prepare students for stage performances and examinations (if applicable).




Provide individualized feedback to help students improve technique and expression.
Ensure a safe and encouraging class environment.
Keep records of student progress and attendance.
Collaborate with other instructors for events and dance productions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Western dance instructor or skilled dancer.
Proficiency in one or more Western dance styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to teach both beginners and advanced students.
Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Certification or formal training in dance (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
