We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee Interior and Architectural project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth coordination at site.

Position: Site Supervisor
Location: RRNagar, Bangalore
Experience: 6 months–1 Year (B.E./Diploma Civil preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution and workforce coordination
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, design, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other teams
Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
Conduct site measurements and maintain execution records
Ensure material availability and track site requirements
Report site updates and issues to the design/architect team
Maintain cleanliness,



safety, and discipline at site

Requirements:
Experience in interior fit-out / construction site supervision preferred
Basic understanding of drawings and execution details
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage labour and multiple vendors efficiently
Two-wheeler & local travel flexibility preferred
