Qualification: M.Pharma / B.Pharma / M.Sc
Experience: 3–7 years (in injectable/sterile manufacturing)
Shift: Day Shift/Rotational

Job Description:
Lead and manage production team in injectable plant operations
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities
Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and Indian GMP regulations
Oversee aseptic operations, filling lines, and packing operations
Conduct training, performance reviews, and team development
Handle regulatory audits, inspections, and gap closures
Optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse)

Requirements:
Solid leadership and people management skills
In-depth knowledge of sterile injectable manufacturing
Experience handling regulatory audits and inspections
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of meeting production targets
