Position: Duty ManagerKey Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and discipline.
Support Front Office operations and VIP guest handling.
Prepare shift reports and manage operational issues.
Ensure safety, security, and hotel SOP compliance.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
3–5 years of hotel operational experience preferred.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
Knowledge of WINHMS preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
